I am fighting springtime depression - hits me most years and I defined it again yesterday when I cried four times during my day - upped the Vit D and BVits and will return to Practice of writing three things every night befie going to bed...three things I "DID GOOD AT TODAY"... 1. DAiry free day #2 2.Took nap when supposed to for only 40 minutes which is what I am supposed to do Dr orders! 3.Wrote down morning devotional thought and kept it infrom of me all day. 3651 days ago

Have you tried purely decadent coconut milk ice cream yet??? I use the chocolate and add a cup of frozen raspberries and a cup of almond milk to make a delicious high fiber smoothie! Yum and so good and high in antioxidants and chocolate fruity goodness! I add extra fiber to mine and it makes a delicious drinkable lunch. Smiles Barb 3654 days ago

Barb you are such an encourager!!! Thanks so much. Not succeeding in the dairy free area but am being aware of it and decreaing amounts of Dairy each day. I really like the Almond milk I tried - wanting to get brave enough to try out my yogurt maker with cocnut or Rice milk . More adventures ahead!!! 3661 days ago

Hey Linda saw your note about nut free....My daughter loves soy milk and we buy coconut milk and coconut milk ice cream. These are great subs for dairy that are casein and nut free. Remember to take one day at a time and do one change at a time. Barb 3666 days ago

Struggling with too much to do and not getting good sleep - Off to bed and will start fresh tomorrow. Caring for a new baby in Day Care has really zapped my energy - can't seem to get down to the treadmill - must move that up the priority list - I love reading you other girl's progress.
