I am not new to this site, but I wanted to start everything over. I have been using the myfitnesspal, but I still have some friends here on Sparkpeople so I am going to do both apps. I am 28 mother of 2 children, 4 year old Serenity, and 2 month old Isabelle. Since having my second baby I am back to preSerenity weight so this is all me to lose. I am also doing the weighandwin.com website, as suggested by my healthcare provider. I don't normally reach out to people but if you want to reach out and talk to me I will be quick to respond! Fitness Minutes: 11,266

My Goals:
Just want to lose weight and look sexy. My husband wants to take me to the bar and fight off other men because I look so good


My Program:
Orignally when I started I was doing weigh in and win because they do offer cash for the weight loss, however I have not been able to weigh in, in awhile mainly because you have to go to designated locations, and I haven't had time for that. My program now is adjusting what I eat and how much of it. Setting daily fitness goals, and doing whatever it takes to get them done, and SUPPORT yes EVERYONE needs support and an accountability buddy, at least while they are trying to set the fitness trend.
I am doing Sparkpeople challenges. ONE CHALLENGE AT A TIME. I have in the past signed up for so many I couldn't keep my stuff strait so this time just one at a time which is why I am only in like 3 groups at the moment. I do not want to over load myself and I do want to stay motivated.
