I have been a member for close to a month now and am looking forward to the rest of my life. This aint no diet, diets end and weight comes back, that will NOT happen to me, I am working too hard to slow down. I am an avid walker that alone has helped so much! I am VERY competitive, to the point in the future I could see myself running a marathon. Right now it is a 4 to 6 mile walk every other day alternating with squats, crunches, wall push ups and "dancing" basically I turn on the radio and move non stop for an hour. I will be joining a gym before May because I can't do a 6 mile walk in the 110 degree temps we have in the summer.

I like food, I had a ruptured appendix that I ignored for 3 days, long story short after being in the hospital for a MONTH AND A HALF, I got an Incisional hernia...there went exercising out the window until I gained so much weight, I am thinking now it may be getting better due to the walking, it hardly ever hurts any more or bulges. Kind of hard to work out like that until you are ready.

Fitness Minutes: 2,975

My Goals:
To lose 130 pounds or however much it will take to look and feel good. I am doing this for me this time, not because someone else wants me to.


My Program:
I am fitness walking every other day between 4 and 6 miles. The other days I am doing squats, crunches, wall push ups (don't judge me! Lol! At least I am working the shoulders! :) ), stretching and "dancing" I set the timer for an hour and move non stop for that time. Will be joining a gym before May.



Personal Information:
I am originally from Portland Oregon...hence the green. I now live in Las Vegas where I am an usher, a job I truly love. I see fit people ALL the time and need to get MY fit back. I am LUCKY that I already have muscles they have just turned to flab over the past 5 years.
