Hey Girl! I remember you became a mom in the blink of an eye :) Shortly after that you vanished. I also think I remember a new guy. Not sure if it's the same guy, but I remember you being excited about someone. You should give more details. Post a photo!!!! I'm so happy for you. :)

As for me, I was slowly gaining weight last year. Started when we went to Cancun in Jan. But I also started running. I did a few 5Ks. I just didn't lose weight like I wanted from it. By the end of the year I was 185-189 on any given day. My lowest weight (non-sick weight) was like 178 at one point, but really hard for me to hold that. Then I had hip surgery on 12/14/12. I managed to maintain my weight for 2 weeks while on crutches but then once I started walking I gained :( Kind of odd considering I laid around a lot when I was on crutches and spent about 6 hours a day on my back in a therapy machine. Then once I could walk I gained. I guess it was just easier to get at the food. I was off work for 8 weeks and so I went to lunch with the hubby too often. It was just so nice to be able to do some things together. But I hit the extreme panic weight of 200. Actually 201 at times. :( I was upset but unable to stop eating! :( So I started at the beginning of March with two things. The first was 30 days of no soda and no sweets. The second was I started a Beachbody program - Chalean Extreme and I drink the shakeology for breakfast. I'm down 4.2 lbs. I lost 3.2 lbs the first week and just 1 this week. Which pisses me off! My hubby and I get up at 4:30 AM every M-Th (F & Su are rest days) and workout. I work out on Sun and Wed with my trainer. So somedays I have 2 workouts. Yesterday we did our morning workout, then I went to the gym to run 3/4 mile (I have to slowly introduce my hip to running) then we did a stretch type workout that is part of the program last night. I was so pissed at my scale this morning. Stingy scale! Only ONE lb?!?! lol I'm trying like heck to do this without HCG, but I see my Dr next month and I may ask for a scripts. I just don't think I"m strong enough to do another round of HCG. My mind isn't there. But if I can't get this off on my own or I lose my strength with eating then I guess I might have to. I'm so happy to see you back! :) I thought about you often. I was sad that some of us just fell out of touch on here. Oh and my new goal, if my hip can handle it, is to do a half marathon. I may not be able to run the whole thing, but gosh darn it I want that 13.1 sticker on my car! :)

In Kevin Trudeau's book "The Weight Loss Cure" he recommends the Almstead Diet IF you can't get the real hCG to do the hCG Diet but still want to lose your weight, so that is where I first heard of that diet.

Great to see you're back! emoticon

DH is on another round. I'm having some female issues so couldn't do it right now. Maybe in another month I'll do another.

    Wishing you well! emoticon
