I know that you are really working out but to keep it up u have to eat sparkpeople have great food choices so look there it might help and i work out 2 hour a day started 10/11/2010 and i have lost 1 pound wow lol but i am going on with it some people lose fast than other but not eating is not the answer i am 51 and 229 pounds 3747 days ago
