Introduction Text life is a wonderful journey hello everybody! i am from Greece living in Thessaloniki, i am 49 years old and have 3 wonderful boys. I need to lose weight to fight my health problems and hope to do it by healthy nutricion habits, exercising motives( i ve been doing Pilates twice a week for the last 6 years) and i am trying to fix a twice a week walk ( for which i am searching a buddy). The main pitfalls i meet is my emotional eating, bad habits regarding GI, and mood.... But being a Sagittarius i can stick to optimism!!! I ADORE BOOKS, FILMS,THEATER AND I LOVE TRAVELLING. I AM SUFFERING FROM AN EATING DISORDER:COMPULSIVE OVEREATING ,AS WELL AS BAD EATING HABITS BUILD F.I HOPE I CAN REPLACE BAD HABITS WITH HEALTHIER ONES.
