Introduction Text Hi, everyone! My name is Elizabeth. So glad you could stop by. I am a huge fan of Leslie Sansone's walk videos and Weight Watchers, so I will be posting my success with weight loss using these two programs. As for a little personal bio, I am 43 years old and live in western NC. I've been married for nineteen years to the sweetest, most supportive husband. He makes me laugh...and believe me, that has gotten me through some really difficult times. I'm also the proud mother of a big-hearted, 11-year old son (soon to be twelve!!). He is following his father's example of what a good man should be...kind, honest, and humorous. I am a breast cancer survivor. Sixteen years, to be exact. I was diagnosed in June of 1994 at the age of 27. I have to say that I have truly been blessed beyond measure in my lifetime. I do not take life for granted; every day is a blessing. Birthdays are a celebration and sure beat the alternative. I always say that I would rather be kicking up my heels any day than pushing up daisies! The only way life could possibly get any sweeter is for me to lose down to the goal my doctor set for me. I know this goal IS attainable--baby step by baby step. I hope you will join me on this walk...

I love God, my family, my friends and my country. I love life. When I hear someone grumble about having another birthday, I tell them it is much better than the alternative. I would rather be kicking up my heels than pushing up daisies any day!!
