    It’s hot outside, but Fall is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge and work on your healthy lifestyle goals? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of September. The challenge consists of 11 Teams that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges.     HI Lizzie!! That makes sense!!! WELCOME to SPARKS!!

    Go slowly on some of the changes so they'll last, such as moving around. I used a power chair when i first joined at 288 lbs. I slowly started to first move around my arms, and legs, than i did the easy chair exercises. You DO work up a sweat to them!!

    I am down in my 160s and able to walk 3 plus miles. It's so worth it Lizzie, but I'll be honest, there are NO shortcuts, no pills etc, just simply tracking our foods, and slowly exercise.
