Introduction Text I'm Lindsay and I'm looking to get healthy. I've been overweight pretty much my whole life, and like many here I've tried almost every diet/pill/unhealthy thing you can think of to lose weight. It doesn't work. Things like this have to be a lifestyle change. You have to want to be active in your life in general, you have to want to fuel your body with the right stuff but not totally deprive yourself into failure. I'm ready for that change. I'm starting NOW! - but for real, now!

Short term: Reach 190lbs by June 2011. Long term: Reach 165lbs by September 2011.

Breakfast, water, good snaking, and getting to the gym.

I'm from Utah and I work as an account executive and copy writer. This means it's cold a lot and I'm sitting a lot which equals disaster. That's why I think it's great to start a healthy lifestyle in the winter. You get to battle the hardest part first.
