I'm going to joROCK the weight off


I'm Lindsay and I'm looking to get healthy. I've been overweight pretty much my whole life, and like many here I've tried almost every diet/pill/unhealthy thing you can think of to lose weight. It doesn't work.

Things like this have to be a lifestyle change. You have to want to be active in your life in general, you have to want to fuel your body with the right stuff but not totally deprive yourself into failure. I'm ready for that change. I'm starting NOW! - but for real, now!

My Goals:
Short term: Reach 190lbs by June 2011.

Long term: Reach 165lbs by September 2011.

My Program:
 Breakfast, water, good snaking, and getting to the gym.


Personal Information:
I'm from Utah and I work as an account executive and copy writer. This means it's cold a lot and I'm sitting a lot which equals disaster. That's why I think it's great to start a healthy lifestyle in the winter. You get to battle the hardest part first.

    Hi! Thanks for visiting my blog! To answer your Qs, #1, about the sagging skin, welllll.....the books say you don't have to worry about it, however, I have seen others still have problems w/ that IF they don't take the recommended time between rounds. In other words, Dr S, in Pounds & Inches, tells us to take a gradually increasing amt of time between rounds. I've watched friends and family members ignore that, lose weight quickly, but look like they're wearing someone else's skin! Those 6, 8, 10, weeks in between rounds are crucial to helping your skin handle the loss, among other health advantages. So, I think, even though the hcg takes the weight of quickly, you should remember the rule of the recovery time in between rounds and take good care of yourself nutritionally during those breaks too.

    #2, where to get it...the cheapest place I've found is www.alldaychemist.com. They charge $13.52 per 5000IU vial. they charge $24 shipping and most people say it only takes about a week and a half to get your order. They have a sister site at www.reliablerxpharmacy.com, but I'm not sure what their prices are.
