Thanks for visiting my SparkPage! My name is Linda, 49 yrs, and an empty nester. It's never too late to start being the best you can be. High blood pressure, poor flexibility, work stress, and being downright tired every day -- its time to fight!
Strength training is my new love. Why didn't I do this in my 20's! It is by far the best thing I ever did to keep in shape and stop weight gain. Don't be afraid of the gym! Most of those grunting muscleheads are doing it all wrong ...
