    hi, the goal is to reset eating pattern from 2 or 3 meals a day to many snacks/meals to break the cycle of binge eating... the directions are to eat every three hours a little something
    I keep wanting to stockpile calories into 2 or 3 bulky meals instead of spreading the food out.
