HI Lois!! I've added you to the SUMMER 5% Challenge invite. Sometimes a break is exactly what we need. While you are on break, I came to the realization that I do not care if I'm skinny , at all. I've been at this "dieting" for an eon of time, and my body pretty much stays at the 170 mark, so WOOHOO I've declared it be IT!! I'm now in maintenance! I KNOW I healthier by FAR from where I started. I can do AMAZING THINGS now that I never thought I'd be able to do. Granted the congestive heart failure makes me go so much slower, but I still go!! I am my hubs full time 24/7/365 caregiver due to a disabling stroke, so I fix all his meals... and yes... buy all his junk food and bring it to him. I either had to continue killing myself eating all the junk and feeling sorry for myself OR change my mindset and get healthy so I could continue to care for him. He feels at his age and with everything he has been through that he does not want to give up the way he eats... so be it! Doesn't mean I couldn't change... so I did! You Can Do This... Keep on going!!!
