I'd rather be happy than perfect
I am the quintessential perfectionist - especially when it comes to dieting. Over the past ten years, I have gained and lost the same 30 pounds more times than I can count. I KNOW how to take it off, I just don't know how to establish a healthy lifestyle that supports being thin. My goal is to take small steps toward creating a sustainable lifestyle that keeps me healthy and happy.

Consistency!
Learning to manage stress and my emotions with something more effective than food.
My Program:
I'm aiming for consistency, that is building a healthy lifestyle where exercising and eating well feel nearly automatic. I know this is will only happen after sustained and conscious effort to build good habits. In order to keep myself motivated through this process, I'll be meeting small weekly goals within monthly themes. I'm deciding themes as I need them.
