One Day At A Time...
Welcome to my SparkPage! I've come to the hard-won conclusion that I'm never gonna do this lifestyle perfectly. I have my ups and my downs...but the bottom line is that I have both the knowledge and the will power to do whatever it takes to keep myself healthy...no matter what!

My Goals:
Heal from my illness.
Walk 15 minutes a day at an easy pace, defined as being able to talk and walk at the same time (per doctor's orders).
My Program:
Right now, I'm physically limited from being able to "work out," so I'm simply eating healthfully.

* 21 yo son
* clean & sober since 8-26-86
* non-smoker since 1990
