Quite a while


Well, since my last stint on this website, I went downhill rapidly. My health was in free-fall.

I've since discovered that I can no longer avoid doctor's orders and am trying to keep to a low carb lifestyle. It's been 14 days and I can already feel some benefit.

I've since discovered that I can no longer avoid doctor's orders and am trying to keep to a low carb lifestyle. It's been 14 days and I can already feel some benefit.

My Goals:
shrink from 168 lbs to 124 lbs

My Program:
 a mixture of boxing, yoga and body combat combined with a low carb diet plan (only because my doc is forcing me!)

    Did you ever stop to think that maybe your suppose to be awake that time because of some important reason and when you figure it out, you'll finally go to sleep? Well when you figure that out...let me know....LOL
