    If you're looking for a challenge and ready to make a commitment....I have the challenge for you!

    Biggest Loser is the name. It's a 10 week commitment. You have several little teams (with 24 members) that compete with each other. Main requirement is to weigh in each week. If you know for some reason that you can't post your weight (let the leaders know). Otherwise after 2 missed weigh ins (with no excuse) you would be moved to honorary. We have ITC (inter team challenges) that consist of exercise and nutrition. Not required to do, but, are very helpful in losing the weight and it's fun to compete with other teams for points. Individual teams might have mini challenges of their own.

    Reading those words was like a wake-up call for me this afternoon! I've been in a dark place the past few days and have really been doubting my ability to reach my goals. The more I thought about it, the more I dwelled on why I couldn't make progress - I was placing limits on my own thinking! It's time to stop that and return to focusing on the positives in my life!
    Do you ever go through times like that? How do you handle it?

    This quote made me stop and think about how I've lived my life so far. I've always been more concerned about what others wanted or what they thought about me. These words helped me begin accepting that I need to live my life for me, to make myself happy. That doesn't mean I'll intentionally ignore or hurt others but it does mean that it's often okay to honor my own wants and needs first... to make myself a priority!

    Are we making every moment count? Does every moment have meaning in our lives? Are we valuing the moments of self-evaluation and reflection? It's important to remember that sometimes the moments of "doing nothing" are valuable because they allow us to recharge and refocus as we reach toward those milestone moments. They help us move forward stronger and more determined and are NOT wasted moments!
