To get healthy. Eat Healthier, Drink more water, and get moving again.

 I am developing a plan. Exact steps unknown…but researching.


Personal Information:
I was in a vehicle accident 4 years ago that led to back and hip injuries which have left me scared to exercise for fear of making the injuries worse…. but on the other hand being sedatary could very well be making the situation worse as well.
