Feeling to old for my age


Just a normal guy trying to feel good again. I have let myself slip some and want to get into a new healthy body.

My Goals:
My main goal is to become a healthier person overall. I wasted to many years of my life eating badly and being a couch potato.

Sub goals from the main goal include, but are not limited to:

1 Lose 40#
2 Run a 8 mile race coming up at the end of the summer
3 Learn to eat better
4 Life longer
5 Be happier

My Program:
 So far, pretty much been solid SparkPeople. Love everything a lot the site and it has helped me a lot!


Personal Information:
Born and raised in Erie PA, Split time between Erie and Edinboro PA now. Both beautiful places, both have their pro's and con's. :-)

Other Information:
 Love meeting all these great people and new friends!!!
