KNOW that there is something INSIDE YOU that is GREATER than ANY obstacle.

Feeling frustrated... switching to P90X hasn't jump started anything. I haven't stuck to it at all.

TurboFIRE is the first program I've been able to stick to, but after about 18 weeks, I was feeling sort of bored, and didn't see many results.. I'm going back to the drawing board.

Maybe ChaLEAN Extreme? Maybe TurboFIRE/CE hybrid? Maybe some combination of running, swimming, lifting? I'm not sure yet, but it's time to get back to it, and time to get rid of this weight for good.

It was A-OK. 9 clients on the schedule and the last two late-cancelled, so I basically get paid for work I didn't do, lol. Made good tips and now I'm relaxing with a glass of b-day wine.

Decided last week, I am going to start studying for my general PT cert. My goal is to have a couple certs by the end of 12 weeks. Spring quarter starts at Stanford next week and I am hoping I can audit a few other course to help with my new fitness trainer goal.

I do know that I will need to reduce my normal 7-10 hrs a week down to good 20 min. crossfit sessions and a little wt. training and of course add in some stretching sessions. I also want to go back to swimming at Stanford since it is so much more gentle on my knees. Hopefully that is not too much exercise "according to Primal. I do exercise for fun as well. Love to hike!
