I'm a 5'1.5" shorty. hehe I weight 126.5 and I do have some muscle mass from doing triathlon. I know I have some time for a June show. I SOOO want to BE ready... but, I don't want to do to much too soon and burn-out/overtrain. Not having a coach leaves A LOT of wiggle room which is not neccessarily a good thing for me. When I trained for my Ironman races I had a coach that gave me a schedule. You stick to the schedule, do your workouts and you race. Aside from any unforeseen accidents or mishaps, you finish! So for me...I know I'm working hard but... NOT having a "plan" made by someone who is familiar with the science behind building a physique leaves me wondering if I'm doing the right thing. My workouts are cookie cutter from BB.com right now. From the 40+ build muscle category.

When I take my posing classes I hope to learn a bit more about how to change things up to prevent a plateau. I kinda feel like I need it now. I have been practicing some in my mirror. I close my eyes to get the feel and open them to see how I did. I know getting the lats out takes a lot of practice. Wondering if I should get the shoes yet for practice.

Maybe I need to eat more. Of course the "female mentality" is thinking eat less.

Thanks so much for writing me back. emoticon emoticon I really appreciate it.

Thanks so much for your post on my blog. There really is so much conflicting info out there and the "science" behind it all is sometimes overwhelming.

So, since I have 3 girls who are draining my funds regularly and just coming off of X-mas I'm training myself right now. I do plan on taking some posing classes from a reputable trainer in the later weeks.

Right now I'm lifting heavy on a 3 day split with cardio (30min of intervals)on the 3 opposing days. 1 day off a week. I'm eating 100% clean for 3 weeks and this week I'll add a cheat meal to the plan for some normalcy.

For 3 weeks in I am definately noticing some small changes but my weight is not "falling off" like I have heard some girls say happens for them. emoticon I am eating 6 x per day and having protein at every meal. Carbs in my first 3-4 meals of the day and a little fat with each meal except my casein at night(meal 6).

Any advice is much appreciated. You look FANTASTIC!! Who made your suit btw? I was also thinking of stoning my own suit to save $. When I was a competitive figure skater I would stone my own competition outfits.

    Thanks again, Hugs~~Jen
