    We all have our rough days, but I'm glad you had a good one yesterday =]. Keep your head up, you can do this!

    It's going pretty well. I only have two more days =]. I am a bit dizzy when I stand up but other than that I feel fine. I do love water though so that's not hard to fit in. I'm losing weight like mad though (I know most of it is temporary) which kind of scares me, because I am going to have a lot of work to do to get my muscle mass back after it's over. But I can tell my tummy is shrinking and I feel better.

    I'm doing the water fast to detox and make an easier transition into my healthy lifestyle. I think a week of hard determined fasting will help me stop having "fresh" days that turn into three or four days of not eating healthy.

    That's true, I should start putting down what I eat right before I go to bed. But since I'm not eating anything for a little while it won't be too hard. Feel free to talk to me as well if you feel like overeating, I'm here. =]

    Thank you so much for your comment on my blog =]. I hate being an all or nothing person, and I think tracking actually hurts me because then I'm concentrating on the food even more =/. Today didn't go so well... =[. I need to stop restarting! We can make it through this =].

    Wow! It sounds like you work out a lot! I wish I had that dedication but right now I'm just trying to work out consistently and then add more on later.
    It sounds like you're working really hard at your goals. Stress can make you retain water so don't be too discouraged by what the scale says (especially during midterms)!
