It sounds like you are going through a lot. I don't know what Kawasaki disease is or what it does. I hope your son is well now. My husband puts my socks and shoes on that tie. If I wear my other shoes, he sometimes has to fix the back where in turns in. I can get up off the sofa now without help. I have 1 grandson that jumps up to give me a helping hand any time he is here. Jack fusses if I try to bring groceries in or I clean house. We have 2 granddaughters living with us and everyone expects them to do things around here. They clean their room and bath. They do their own laundry. They help a lot but they have their lifes to live too. I use to work 2th shift. I was use to cleaning before I went to work. I always went to the store while the children were in school. At the time I got hurt, we also had 2 grandsons living with us. I did it all and then it was like boom I could not do anything. I am drawing SS Disability. There is no way I could work . I have to put my feet up when my leg gets to hurting bad. I had shots put in my back one time and it didn't help. I had surgery and the doctor chipped the disk off the nerves to my leg. The damage was already done so the surgery only helped a little. I don't think I would try again. I did get medical for life on this injury, so I don't have to pay the doctor or but my medicines. That was a big worry lifted when they said that. Just hang in there. 4690 days ago
