-51 yrs old
-mother of 19 yr. old college student
-married 26 yrs
-partly disable (doing what i can in excercising)
-yet voulunteer at the church and missions
-go to bible study once a week (except during summer)
-like to have someone to bounce my thoughts off, and be an ear for em to.

Fitness Minutes: 20

My Goals:
GOALS: June
-lose about 3 lbs weekly
-walk half mile daily
-eat 5 fruits and veggies daily.
-eat between 1250-1550 calories (w/o being hungry)
GOALS: July
-same as before
-64 oz. water daily
-walk one mile daily
-gym 3 times weekly

My Program:
 -have printed out a chart for daily use that has goals, calorie count on it. fill it out daily.
-have been trying to walk the neighborhood streets daily ( diffrent way each time)
-been having trouble w/ the fruits & veggies (hubby food shops only once a month). did fine 1st 2 weeks but going down hill now.
