I have been overweight almost all my life. I decided in 2014 that 230 will be the heaviest I will ever be. I started on CalorieCount and lost 40lb before I suffered a cardiac event. Then CalorieCount folded. I went to MyFitnessPal and wasn't thrilled. My weight has plateaued. I need a jumpstart. That's what I'm here for, to finish my journey to my 155 pound goal.

    Thank you for your comment on my blog "One big Leap". You are so right! Maintenance is a hard thing to learn. We do the same thing we did to get into our maintenance range! Remembering to keep doing what we did to get there can be tough!

    And by politely indicating that when opinion is clearly not based upon reasonable information, it's not necessary to accord it equal weight?
