Introduction Text All I want is to be happy and healthy. I dont want to be stick board thin and I don 't want to be able to fit into a size 0. I want to be happy. Confidence is key. I am looking forward to being able to present a more put together-confident total self. I would love to be able to walk from one end of the house to the other naked with my boyfriend in the room and not be self conscious. I want to be able to look at myself in the mirror and fuss and grumble at that hair that is standing straight up on the top of my head...rather than poke and cuss at my imperfect body.

I eat every couple of hours, 3 good meals and 2 healthy snacks. I plan my meals and go to the gym in the morning to do cardio and some weight training, and sometimes I go again when I feel up to it. I'm just getting started but I feel great!

I live in Wisocnsin. I have a sometimes fantastic boyfriend. I have a good job. I am the mother duck..so to speak-for lots of people. If you have a problem or need someone to rant to, I am more than willing to lend an ear and possibly..some bad advice. ;-)
