I am a 28 year old mother of two beautiful boys. I had my first on Leap day of 2008 and the second in April of 2010. Before having the babies I had completed a couple different workout programs, along with eating very well, and had lost all the weight I had wanted and reached my goal. Of course, once that happens I had to the get pregnant! Now almost 4 years later I'm back at square one.

My ultimate goal is to be between 150 and 155 by the time I'm 30 years old. Part of me keeps saying that setting the goal of 150 is unrealistic because I think the last time I was that small I was in high school. Hopefully I've set a reasonable goal with plenty of time to achieve it.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 20 lbs, which is a healthy weight for my body type and height. My goal is to be this weigh by the time I turn 30, which is in a year and a half.

My Program:
I'm a big fan of Beachbody workout programs, especially Turbo Jam. My newest obsession is ChaLEAN Extreme. What an awesome program! I'm seeing wonderful changes in my body and I have never enjoyed a workout like I do this one.

Personal Information:
After having my two children I am ready to return to my healthy lifestyle. I'm finding that while I was successful before having kids, keeping the healthy habits I value are a lot harder with two kiddos running around!
