    Third place isn't bad at all! emoticon Good luck in the next challenge too though! I've been doing okay - I like this website a lot - easy to keep track of food and exercise, so I've been logging every single day since I joined. Keeps me aware of what I'm eating. I miss you, and tell Grandma I miss her too!

    Thanks for the Spark Goodie! I need a little sunshine, my cubicle is pretty gloomy. I haven't been doing well these last couple of weeks. With audit and stuff I get home and I am exhausted. I am still trying to get in some exercise, but it hasn't been as much as before. I also have to get back to planning my meals. This weekend I am going to work on it as we don't have much going on (finally!). Next week is audit so going to be really busy then I have to take Thursday off as my Grandpa died yesterday and I have to go to the funeral. :( It will be nice to see everyone again, but not the circumstances for the get together...Anyway, I am trying to recommit to the plan and get going. AWESOME job on the 28+ lbs lost! I know you can keep going. How is the exercise coming? Have you found something you like to do yet? I know how difficult it can be I am running the gambit on things to do. At least with it warming up I can take a walk again without worrying about slip sliding away...Keep up the good work and yes, WE CAN DO THIS! emoticon emoticon emoticon
