Introduction Text With my 30th birthday looming closer and closer I've gone back to school, started a new life, and am determined to shake off those last pesky 150 (or so) pounds...lol

I really just want to become healthy again - on every level. I''m tired of pretending it doesn''t hurt to bend over AND try to breathe at the same time. I''m tired of getting heartburn and wondering if im having cardiac arrest. I''m tired of going along with the idea that there is something wrong with me because ima hefty female. I want to approach life in a healthy way with a good sense of humor and live it up a bit (finally).

OK so here''s the deal...i put back half of everything i dish up...i drink nothing caloric (except saturdays which are my cheat nights cuz i have some wine)...and i dont sit in front of the tv - I work out in front of it (as a direct result I watch FAR LESS TV ...LMAO imagine that). Hopefully someday soon I''ll meet those goals I''ve been deciding on....hmmm...



I love to read, write, sing, be artistic...I dig me summa my music! Favorite music you ask???( and you do ask, or else :P)....Atreyu, Bullet For My Valentine, From Autumn To Ashes...the key here is simple - is it "Screamy"? If the answer is yes I probably have it. But I dig the whole indie scene too. Matter of fact I like a lil bit of everything... to me music is all about the *GASP OF SHOCK* lyrics (and loud guitars dont hurt either)
