6/24/14 Update
I am no longer actively trying to lose weight. I do have weight goals below, but, I am no longer obsessed on getting there at any given time. I'm not even sure if I should. I am now at a healthy weight and I feel good. I am going to try to stay that way. I will continue to eat healthy and stay active because I deserve to, not so I can look a certain way... If I continue to lose weight because of this, awesome! I will not let it determine how I feel about myself. I want to be the weight I am supposed to be, not the weight I think I should be. I am going to trust my body on this one.... Let's see what happens...

Weight Goals:
Maintained 153 or below most of 2012, time to move forward!!
153: Starting Weight 10-30-12
150:Done! 11-15-12
148:Done! 1-9-13
147: 9-9-13
Maintained until May. 2014
145: 5-11-14

March 2014 Update!
Weight: I dropped from 153 to around 140 in early 2013. Then up again to 147 around September. I think I dropped for bit there too, but, I wasn't weighing in. I went from a size 11(I know, I still wear junior pants LOL) to a size 9. I have maintained my current size and weight since September. Which is nice. I am now ready to kick it into gear a bit and lose a few more pounds and more importantly drop a pants size. Maybe even reach my GW!!! I have a pair of size 7s that have been waiting for me. I want to tone up and not feel so jiggly, and I want to be able to wear my new swim suit this year and feel amazing in it! I am pretty good about what I eat, might just have to work on some portion sizing and drinking more water. I know if I really want to get to where I wanna be I need to become more consistent with exercise. I hope it can become a natural part of my life like my diet is now. Something I just do and don't think about. Here's to 2014!! My year to fall in love with exercise....

Updated Start Date: 10-30-12
I am updating my start date and goals! I had a rough 6 months with alot of stress. I ended up gaining all my weight back plus some! I got up to 153. Thirteen pounds over my original SP starting weight! I gained almost 20 lbs in 6 months. Thats an eye opener... This really made me realize how easy it is to gain weight. Especially as I've gotten older. I maintained this weight most of 2012. I am giving up the excuses and starting over! I hope I will have learned from my mistakes and acheive my goals! Im going to delete my past progress and goals so I can start off with a clean slate! I'm just glad Im catching myself now and not later....

Here's a bit about me.. I'm a mommy to a wonderful little girl. Born January 30, 2009. I'm married to an amazing man. Ive been with him since 2006... We were married Sept 10, 2010.. To summarize. I gained about 20 lbs when my hubby and I started dating. I then gained 50+ pounds when pregnant with my daughter. After I had her I was between 170-175 lbs. I dropped to around 140 in about 6 mos. This was about 10-15 lbs from my "then" GW. I started to lose motivation and started to gain back some of the weight. Then in Nov. 2010 something clicked. I had a spark account, but, I hardly used it and wasn't involved in the community at all. I logged on, created a page, and lost nearly all the weight. I was just a few lbs. away from my current GW. Then something happened and I fell off the wagon... Whoops!

    Thank you for your kind words of support you left on my blog. I sure appreciate it. I have made it through the night without binging and stuck to my plan. I feel good. I think taking it in ten pound increments is a good idea. It sure feels better to think of losing 10lbs rather than 100. Take good care. :)

    Hi there thanks for commenting on my first yoga class experience, I have to say it went pretty well! I was very relieved that there were only 3 other people in class:) It was raining outside during the class so the sound of the rain made it even better:) Hope you have an excellent weekend!

    HI! Thank you for commenting on my blogs! Yes, challenges/workout DVDs DO help from getting bored. Have to keep it fresh or it can get dull.

    Love the Good Morning Girls. The next one starts on June 3 but sign ups start today (May 20-June 2) Not sure if they are going to post anything before June 3 but they have great stuff, including activities you can do with small children. They post a lot of inspirational stuff on their blog and on Facebook too.

    Let me know if you end up signing up. It would be nice to know someone else doing it.

    Also, the Spark Solution has a lot of great recipes. The program is for 2 weeks. I am not following it exactly. The grocery list is long and can look a little daunting. I modified it and took the recipes I really wanted to make and made them a couple times, had leftovers for lunch, etc. AND it is a 2 week program, which totally made me think of you and your two week challenges! I think you'd like it. And I really am not craving anything. That is such a unique experience. Hasn't happened before. Feel satisfied, am meeting nutritional needs and not craving anything at all.

    So, yeah, if you get it I think you'd like it!
