I'm a mom of THREE wild and crazy boys. And a military spouse. About four years ago I lost 70 pounds and then decided we need boy number three. After two years of falling off the health and fitness wagon I decided it was time to work on myself again. So here I am down to pre baby weight working on building muscle and keeping the self confidence up. My biggest goal is to encourage and cheer others to care for themselves as well.💕

My Goals:
Big goal of losing 20ish pounds.

build/tone muscles

feel good/proud of all my hard work

feel comfortable in my own skin


My Program:
as for eating i am trying to stay close to the clean eating and i calorie count.(this for me keeps me in check of if im going nuts or not.lol)

as for working out i go every work day(mon-fri) on my lunch and run, then on wed., fri, and sunday i strength train to work on building the muscle i want so badly.



Personal Information:
I am a 30 year old mom of 2 little boys and married to the love of my life. i"ve always been on the chubby/chunky side and slimmed down in high school(you know when you get boy crazy you really notice and pick apart your body!) After high school i didn't pay as close attention to my body and put on weight. after the divorce of my first marriage i ballooned up to 199 and had to start losing again. I got down to 145 and about a year later was pregnant and gained back up to 199.( apparently i thought french fries were vegies.haha) i never lost the "baby weight" and stayed at 199 and two years later i found that i was expecting baby number two. I actually lost some weight during that pregnancy just to gain 6 more pounds than my starting weight. I vowed that i couldnt live the way i was hurting myself by eating myself to death. What kind of example is that for my boys? So i picked up running and slowly changed my eating. I lost 70 pounds through calorie counting and running. Then my husban


Other Information:
i LOVE music, super hero movies / shows, cooking shows, playing with my kids, working out with my husband, cooking, reading blogs(i love to see others achieve their goals big and little!),and running! running makes my soul feel free and gives me plenty of one on one quiet time with God.
