Introduction Text I've gained 50 pounds. I've disappointed myself, however, I do know that I can and will regain control of my poor eating habits. Certainly not easy for me, but oh so necessary.

My goal is to ultimately be pleased with my appearance, and to live a confident, healthy, and prosperous life.

1316 DAYS AGO: I am commited to a 1000-1100 calorie intake, with low fat. I strive for at least 30 fitness minutes a day. UPDATE: I do not currently have a plan, but I always fit myself back here (SP) to find support and guidance.(4/26/2020)

I am a 35 year old mother of 5 beautiful children (17, 16, 14, 10 & 8). I've been in a relationship with my husband for 20 years, and married for 14 years. I am a residential manager of a DDA agency in Maryland, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. Although it can be challenging at times, my job is very rewarding.
