Thanks for stopping by my blog! The article I was referring to is in the June issue of Shape magazine it's "the new way to motivate" and it talks about the emotional aspects of motivation and research shows that one of the strongest predictors of whether you'll met a goal are your "implicit motives"--things that are so pleasurable and rewarding to you that they subconsciously drive your behaviour. Three of the most common implicit motives are power, affiliation, and achievement. Those who are motivated by power get gratification from being in leadership positions, people who are propelled by affiliation feel happiest being with friends and family and those who are motivated by achievement enjoy competing and overcoming challenges. Anyway, I added you as a Sparkfriend! Hope you have a great week!! 1717 days ago

Thanks for reading and the complement...can't help but have an open attitude to all this since it's not about a diet...follow these rules, lose the weight and never look back. You and I know all too well, if we do that we have to do it all over again. Better to strive to do it right all the time, allow for our human-ness and aim for the healthy living goals. 1724 days ago
