My Goals:
Weight loss is slow for me because I'm on prednisone, so I'm giving myself treats for small victories:

135 - candi factory undies (done!)
132 - pretty shoes
129 - spa day
125 - Doll Factory dress


BIG GOAL:
Run a half marathon


My Program:
 Walking 15,000 steps a day. Cardio 3x/week. Yoga once a week. Eating clean. Glorious sleep!

    I wasn't into running either until I started the couch to 5k program. I like how it eases you into it. I'm starting to get to the longer runs now, and I'm actually kinda thnking tha tI might go back to the earlier runs once I'm done and just go for short sprints instead of longer runs. lol

    Thanks for the comment on my blog! It was a good thing my mom taught me how to sew when I was young (8 or 9 years old). What she couldn't do with a machine, she did by hand! On the farm, there wasn't always enough money to buy new jeans and hand-me-downs were used over and over until there was nothing left to patch. So the old jeans became the patching material. Being the smallest of the kids (not age, just size), I was the lucky one because mom could always find a pair to makeover for me! I was truly blessed!
