NOTSPEEDY
How are you doing on your New Years resolutions. I'm doing pretty good. I joined the Jan. Jumpstart Challenge too. The exercise the first week, especially the videos were bad enough but now were supposed to add in another video 2 times :-(. I re-read what we are supposed to be doing for cardio and found out that I only have to do 10 min. a day instead of 30. What a relief.
