My Goals:
I would like to feel a bit better about myself. I would love to wear regular sized clothes instead of the plus sizes. I hope to reach my goal weight by August 15 (my birthday), 2010.

 Keep a positive attitude.

    You are going to love this group. I joined the 12th of Feb. and have been impressed with the help this program gives. I especially like the charts for keeping track. I am a cat lover..have two...Griff (18 pounds but not fat.. just big) and Maggie (9 pounds but not skinny.. just small). lol Both are grey tabbie/tigers. =^..^= =^..^=
