My Goals:
To keep up the fitness level and be able to finish a 5k in under 40 minutes by the end of 2014.

My Program:
 I am using the Fit Bit one to track and keep me encouraged to be active.


Personal Information:
I am a 41 years old have been working to going from coach potato to getting in touch with my inner athlete.
