My thinnest weight of 165 at Christmas 2005. I will be this again. :)
This makes me sick to even look at... but the truth hurts: 242 lb. simulation.

Mommy on a mission!
Hello :) I'm a mother of 3 who is done being the fat chick. I am 75 lbs overweight. My kids are 15, 10, and 3. I'm hoping to regain lost energy for them & ward off heredity. I've lost a cousin who was only 45 due to diabetes & it really woke me up. That & heart disease are prevalent on BOTH sides of my family tree. I have degeneration in my back & am having vein problems which I'm certain were caused by pressure from being overweight. I want to feel like myself again!! There is a thin woman ...

My Goals:
I started out at 242 (at my 're-starting weigh-in on 6-18-12) and my goal is 160, which was my weight right before I had my son. I can, and I WILL do this!! :)
My Program:
To achieve my goals, I am keeping a food diary, not the one online. I find that one I can physically carry around with me (old fashioned paper & pen) works best & keeps me honest with myself. I am measuring out any foods that aren't pre-packaged and eating more fruits & veggies.
Personal Information:
I've noticed that as I've become more devoted to making this work, my kids have picked up on my habits. They've made comments about wanting to eat healthier and that makes me proud. Evidentally, I'm doing something right. :)

I will NOT reward myself with food - I am not a dog. If hunger is not the problem, then food is not the solution.

Thanks so much for adding me as a friend! Yeah, those 160s are what I'm striving for too. Hoping to reach them by my 25th birthday in August, but we shall see. I've added you back!
