Hello, I'm Amber. I originally joined SP many years ago. I really didn't try very hard and gave up pretty quickly. I quit smoking in October of 2013 and gained quite a bit more weight. When I finally stepped on a scale again, I knew I needed to do something.. I was 370 pounds at my heaviest. There was no way I could continue to live the way I was, so I came back to SP in November of 2013. I lost about 103 pounds as of my last weigh in, in March 2014. At that point I had hit a plateau and I started smoking again and let myself down, so I gave up on the great progress I was making. Now 5 years and my second child later, I've gained all but 40 pounds back and I'm so disgusted with what I've let myself become. Tge decision to make a change again has come easy, but I can't get over the regret I have from getting back to this weight. Trying to better my mind AND my body.
