Introduction Text Here I go again. I left SPARKS people, deleted everything that I wrote and earned and I wallowed in front of the computer while eating junk food and playing games. After losing my partner of 12 years I've decided to get back on track. I lost myself when I lost him. Will it be easy? Absolutely not! But I have to get back to being me and being healthy again. I shall take it one day at a time and see where this journey takes me. I need SPARKS friends to help me get through this rough spot, this awful moment in time, this grief. Please help me get back to me.

To start my journey to health again by taking a long look at all the ways I messed up. To start off walking at least 1 mile daily, eat a healthier diet and get on with life.

Walk at least one mile daily. Cardio 3 x a week. Increase my daily amount of water. Eat more fruits and veggies. Get all junk food out of my home. Increase my routine as the weeks go by. At least this is a start.

Hello, I'm Louise from Attleboro, Ma. I am a great grandmother to 5, grandmother to 5, and mother to 3. I am also a retired nurse, a children's mass teacher and a CCD teacher and hopefully a good friend and neighbor. I love to read, to walk, to play Zilch with my friends. Yard sales are my downfall and I have too many little treasures around here to prove it. It's time to let go and share them with others.

I would like to get back to crocheting, take some fun classes at the center, and go on day trips with friends. I'm looking forward to getting one of my daughter's cat's kittens soon. She will keep me company.
