I can give you the workout I gave to her, but tell me about some the equipment you have at home. What are you doing now for workouts ? When someone tells me they want to workout with a trainer, the first thing I ask them is this,"What are YOUR fitness goals ?" I know everyone goes to a PT and say, I want to lose weight. I tell my clients very specifically, if you want to lose weight, you need to eat right. If you come to me, I'm here to help you get fit.
So, my question to you is this,"what about your fitness would you like to change ?" Remember that post I left about successful vs unsuccessful person ? a successful person sets goals. What is a fitness goal you have ?
