Introduction Text New update. I had gastric sleeve surgery Feb 27, 2018. Before surgery I weighed 193.6 today March 8, 2019. It is not fix all pill. I still have to eat right and exercise. But it did jump start things. So at 67 years old I am below 200. Now I want to get to 150. I have a real problem with sweets. I have gotten down to 188 twice just to go on a sweet binge and jump up to 198. Then I get scared and mad. I don't want to go back. I want a healthier future. So today which is all I have I will do my best to fight to be healthy.

But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead. I press on toward the goal to win......... Philippines 3: 13-14
