    Hi Martha, My name is Dana, and I am 62. I too have struggled all my life with weight issues. I have finally found a way to lose weight consistently. Tracking really works, and I use a 16 hour fast every day. I do not eat until 12:00 noon and I do not eat after 8 pm. I manage to drink green tea and a cup of coffee in the morning to curb my appetite. Maybe this will help you. The tracking is what really works also. Welcome, and I hope you meet your goals emoticon

    I can be good and eat healthy all day then when im making dinner or even after i eat it i snack and munch on unhealthy sugary foods. Its the reason im not losing much weight
