I am 65yrs old and I want a healthy fit body and now there is no reason I can't succeed.
I am looking forward to many more years riding riding my horse.
I also have 2 adult kids and 4 grand children which I want to stick around and watch grow up.
I have been a nurse for 35 yrs and now retired. I know the importance of a healthy life style and I am determined to get there!!!!!!

1. read thru the Bible in 1 yr
2. lose 45 # by Aug
3. get a good exercise and nutritional habit for the rest of my life
My Program:
keeping my cals btw 1250-1550
cardio 4-5 times/wk
strengthening 2-3 x/wk
read 5 books of the Bible / mo
8-12 8oz glasses of H2O/day
do SP daily and meet alot of awesome people :)
