Philippians 4:13 Hi everyone, welcome to my home page, I'm looking forward to this new journey and hope we can get to know each other and connect in some personal way. I love to talk healthy diet and love to share my Christian faith and love for Jesus Christ with others, ...love my husband more deeply than I thought a person could AND the neatest thing is, he loved me before I was the perfect size 10, 16, 20, 24, 26 or...how big do the sizes go?! LOL! :o) I love long drives in the country, love journaling, & reading Christian Historical Fiction. I love being healthy enough to go for long walks and site seeing [in my own back yard or state] Montana!

To see my diabetes go into remission, and not have high blood pressure.. to have a better quality of life the older I get...

Tracking every bite! Add activity minutes! Walk on the treadmill. Increase my activity minutes.. through cooking, cleaning and doing whatever get's me out of my chair. MOVE MORE! Journaling & Blogging; reading articles, etc..

About myself? I'm unique, just like everyone else!!! =] OK, lets, see.. I did Elderly [Live In Home Care] for 16 Years before trying other things. Oh, I once managed a Dairy Queen.. that was the greatest job [loved working with the teenagers] especially after a lifetime with the elderly!:) The BEST JOB? Caring for my husband!!!

"but cursed is the man that puts their trust & strength in men". Jeremiah 17:5-17 (These are my favorite quotes!) To be a God pleaser, not a man pleaser!!!
