A new beginning
Hello. My name is Babs and I'm getting ready for another 5% Challenge. I'm excited and ready for the 2019 Spring 5% Challenge to begin.
I've made lots of friends during the Challenges and I've learned a lot. Yoga is becoming a favorite exercise AND stress reliever! I have discovered that doing some yoga stretches is wonderful to relieve aches and pains. As far as an eating plan, I'll continue to follow the Mediterranean Diet Plan. For me it works and it's delicious!
