    You can help yourself lose weight in many ways and not just by exercise. Take control of the factors that you can control...drink your water, limit your portion sizes by weighing and measuring your foods, eat from all the food groups, write what you bite to make you aware of what you are eating and if it helps note why you ate a particular food. Isometrics can help and so can some of the yoga poses or meditation. We are here to help you and Spark has the resources that allow everyone to find something on the site that is just right for them.
    Keep a positive attitude and you will reach your goals...baby steps are best and guarantee success...not quickly miond you, but they will win the race!!!!
