Hi! I remember thinking the exact same thing duriing week 2. C25K does such a good job of building us up for the longer runs. I love it. Week 5 is a bit scary because it goes from alternating 5 minutes intervals on D1 to 2 8-min segments on D2. Then one 20 min seg on D3!!! I've met every goal each week, but that 20 min is just a bit intimidating. lol
Keep doing it! Don't try to rush ahead. Have fun!! Let me know how it goes for you! 3552 days ago
TIFFYFANNY for your comment on my blog! My husband is not the romantic, mushy type, so I know what he said yesterday came from his heart. I'm just totally in awe at how much C25K has changed my life in just 8 weeks. You will love it once you start! 3572 days ago

Thanks for visiting my SparkPage! As for audiobooks, I don't recommend one that requires utter concentration because I get distracted too easily. I love to listen to the Harry Potter series. The narrator is delightful! He's a performance in and of himself. I also listen to the J.D. Robb In Death series, or any of the P.J. Tracy novels (although the narrator is a bit annoying--he sounds like he has a sinus infection). You'll notice my tastes in reading are not...refined. Just has to be fun, so that I'll want to keep working out.
