Introduction Text Hi! I'm here to keep keep myself as healthy as I can and lose a few pounds so that my clothes fit comfortably. I am fighting Lyme Disease, which makes weightloss and maintenance a little tricky. I have to eat a specific diet and do dialysis and detox treatments daily---which have helped me regain much of my health and energy. So long as I stay focused on making my health a priority, my body and brain benefits. For my diet, I do much of my own cooking and stock our kitchen with as many fresh veggies and fruits as our budget can handle. I am gluten free but I love to BAKE and have dabbled in dairy-free, vegan, grain free and paleo recipes. I find I do best with whole foods, but if you look inside my kitchen you get a bit of it all. Here's to the joy of eating, and shrinking too =)

Weighing 120-125. Consistently eating sugar free, grainfree, unprocessed. Sleeping 9-11 hours per night.
