I'm still on the treadmill. Just not running a whole lot. I do 1 minute @ 6 mph followed by 1 min. walking @ 4 mph for 20-30 minutes about every other day. The other days I walk 4 MPH for 45-90 minutes, depending! Seems to be helping.
